If your order includes pallets, odd-sized items and parcels you will receive separate emails and deliveries for each.
When your tracking number begins with ‘1Z5WY’ your goods will arrive as parcels, for exact details check the UPS website or phone 03457 877877.
You will not be contacted before delivery is attempted.
Failed deliveries due to closed premises, lack of unloading equipment or incomplete delivery information or access restrictions may incur additional charges.
When your tracking number begins with ‘003’ you will be telephoned to agree when you can accept these palletised or odd-sized goods, arriving on large trucks.

- Parcels under £300 will be charged at £15.00
- Pallets under £300 will be charged at £50.00
Orders under £100 will incur a £15 minimum order charge as well as a £15 delivery charge
