Cast iron butterfly valves

Cast iron butterfly valves are valves that can both isolate and regulate the flow in a system. These valves work similar to that of a ball valve, allowing fast shutoff when necessary. They do not require as much support as ball valves and they are more affordable than ball valves of similar sizes and also weigh less. Cast iron butterfly valves can be used in a variety of applications where precise flow pressure is not required, for example in fields like irrigation, food processing, chemical processing, manufacturing, and home plumbing systems. The housing is made up of ductile iron, the material seal is EPDM, maximum pressure of 10bar and the valves come with a flange connection.
